Students*: undergraduate, graduated, post-doc. A declaration of the Advisor certifying the status must be provided together with the registration form.
The registration fee for PARTICIPANTS and STUDENTS includes: welcome cocktail, admission to the scientific sessions, conference kit (final program, abstract book, etc), 5 coffee breaks, 2 lunches, social dinner, farewell drink.
The registration fee for the DAILY REGISTERED PARTICIPANTS includes: admission to the scientific sessions for 1 day, conference kit (final program, abstract book, etc), 2 coffee breaks, 1 lunch.
The registration fee for ACCOMPANYING PERSON includes: welcome cocktail, gala dinner,
farewell drink.
VAT
All participants, included foreign public organizations, must pay italian vat.
VAT exemption: only some Italian Pubblic organizations, according to Italian Law, can benefit of VAT exemption.
Esenzione IVA: solo alcuni enti pubbici italiani, secondo l'art. 10 comma 20 D.P.R. 633/72, possono beneficiare dell'esenzione IVA nell'effettuare il pagamento delle iscrizioni dei propri dipendenti.

CANCELLATION
The deadline for cancellation and 75% refund of the registration fee is August 31st.
Cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail: info@rdpa2009.com or by fax +39 0382 532343.
However, another delegate can be nominated as a replacement.

INSURANCE
The Congress Organisers are not liable for personal injuries or loss for/damage to property belonging to delegates (or their accompanying persons), occurring either during or as a result of the Congress. Participants are required to make their own arrangements for health and travel insurance for their trip.
