All participants, included foreign public organizations, must pay italian vat.
VAT exemption: only some Italian Pubblic organizations, according to Italian Law, can benefit of VAT exemption.

CANCELLATION
The deadline for cancellation and 75% refund of the registration fee is August 31st. Cancellation must be sent in writing to the Organizing Secretariat by e-mail: info@rdpa2009.com or by fax +39 0382 532343. However, another delegate can be nominated as a replacement.
